Having a problem logging on
to Sympatico Internet or your Sympatico email?
When logging on (authenticating) to any
Sympatico service, your user ID (looks similar to b1xxx99)
and your Password always have to be typed in lowercase
(no capital letters). Sometimes your keyboard's "Caps
Lock" key may be enabled without you noticing.
To make sure Caps Lock is disabled, look at your keyboard
lights. Generally there are 3: One that says "Num
Lock", one that says "Caps Lock" and
one that says "Scroll Lock". Make sure the
"Caps Lock" light is OFF. If it's ON simply
press your "Caps Lock" key and the light should
turn off. You can now enter your User ID and Password
