If you wish to sign up for the Sympatico service and use your own Internet access software, at your request we will activate an account for you and provide you with basic access information, such as IP addresses, access phone numbers, e-mail address, user ID and password. To sign up with the Sympatico service and use your own software you must do a manual registration. Call Member Services at 1-800-773-2121 (Ontario and Quebec members call 310-SURF, except Northern Telephone and Télébec) for assistance.

You can configure a second computer to connect to the Sympatico service, in which case you do not need to register more than once, but instead you only need to set up your Internet software to work with the Sympatico service.

However, if you will not be using Sympatico software we will not provide technical support for software installation, except for confirming the basic access information provided above.
