Yes. The service, the Web site and other features will work with both Macintosh and PC computers, so long as they meet the minimum requirements. The Sympatico starter kit includes software which works with Windows and Macintosh platforms.

The software does not yet work with Mac OS X, but OS X can still be used with the service by following these instructions:
