It's easier to post a message to a newsgroup when you have that newsgroup open, with all its messages listed in the Article List pane. (See the Netscape News window.) Once you have the newsgroup open, click the To:News button in the toolbar at the top of the window. Write your message in the Message Composition window that appears.

When you've finished writing your message, don't forget to enter the subject of your message in the Subject header. The name of the newsgroup should already be entered in the Post to: text box. Click Send when you're finished.
