Sympatico customers in the area codes noted below will need to dial 10 digits in order to access the Sympatico service - that is, they will need to add the area code to their dialing software.

416	immediately
905	April 7 2001

After these dates you will not be able to connect to the Sympatico service if you have not made this change. However, you can make this change earlier than these dates.

Please note that these instructions use the 416 area code only for illustration.
